Since 1998, the Haliburton Highlands Supportive Housing Services has been providing care to clients in their own homes. These individuals live in a clustered format, within 3 - 4 minutes of the staff offices at HHHS located in the Apartment Buildings - see below.
Services include personal care, home management, rehabilitation and nutritional management. The goal is to augment an individual's independence, delaying the need to be admitted into a Long-Term Care facility.
Services are available from 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. with 24-hour emergency response. Details of services provided, locations and to answer questions, please contact:
