Dear Community,
I am excited to share that effective April 2, 2024 Ulvi Iskhagi-Bayat will join our executive team as our permanent Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
Ulvi brings a progressive employment history to HHHS with twelve years of healthcare leadership experience. Most recently, he was the Senior Director of Financial Services at Spectrum Health Care (SHC), one the largest Home Care providers in the GTA area. While at SHC, he developed and implemented several initiatives to streamline the processes and played an essential role in their growth.
Before SHC, Ulvi was Director of Finance at Central Community Care Access Centre between 2012 and 2014. Ulvi is a graduate of the Odette School of Business, University of Windsor. He completed his Master of Management in 2009 and obtained his Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CMA) designation in 2012. In addition, Ulvi is pursuing his CFA designation and passed the level 2 exam.
Ulvi is married with two boys (Alex and Matthew) and is passionate about healthcare and devoted to helping people in the community. Ulvi’s passion and incredible financial background will be invaluable to HHHS as we continue to build a strong financial future.
I would be remiss to share this incredible news about Ulvi without thanking Martin Mazza, our current Interim CFO, for his incredible work at HHHS. Martin has helped to build a solid foundation and has been a trusted advisor since the moment he joined our team.
