Haliburton Highlands Health Services will be hosting its second of four community Town Halls on July 27th from 6:30pm to 7:30pm at the Haliburton Legion located at 719 Mountain Street, Haliburton. Additional notice regarding the dates and times of the remaining Town Halls will be communicated as they are confirmed.
The purpose of these Town Halls is to provide you with information regarding the decision to consolidate the emergency departments, hear from you and discuss together how we plan to continue to provide high-quality care for this community for today, and into the future.
I am committed to building relationships with our patients, our staff and other health care organizations in our region so we can deliver quality care for our communities. As the co-lead of Kawartha Lakes Haliburton Ontario Health Team, I know the great things that can be accomplished when our community comes together with a common goal of providing access to safe, reliable and quality care.
