Sign up for ‘Powerful Tools for Caregivers’ online workshops provided by the Central East LHIN. Over the course of six weekly classes, caregivers develop a wealth of self-care tools and receive a copy of The Caregiver Helpbook.

Caregiver Support Group
HHHS also offers a Caregiver Support Group to support caregivers of all kinds. This program is being re-designed and more information will be shared in the fall of 2023.
Powerful Tools for Caregivers
This is a free six-week workshop for Caregivers that can give you the skills to take care of yourself while caring for someone else. The next series happens with HHHS - online using zoom from August 10 - September 14, 2023. Pre-registration is required - call 1-866-971-5545.
